A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Since 2015, she has specialized in energy regulation, working in Polish government administration (Ministry of Economy, Energy, and State Assets), with a focus on district heating and cogeneration.
In 2022, she became Director of the Polish Association of Professional Combined Heat and Power Plants (PTEC).
She led legislative work on heat tariff regulations and managed the European Commission notification process for support schemes for high-efficiency cogeneration. She contributed to implementing CHP support systems in national law and participated in EU energy and climate policy negotiations and their transposition.
She also gained experience in energy companies (PGE Energia Ciepła, Fortum), working on regulation and heat market issues.
From PTEC, she joined the Ministry of Industry.
