Joanna Foks

Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure Specialist with 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector. With a background in software development and database administration, she combines an engineering mindset with hands-on expertise gained within an organization operating in the critical infrastructure sector. She is proficient in both IT infrastructure and hardware management, as well as the configuration of security tools, vulnerability monitoring, and Information Security Management System (ISMS) practices. She is actively involved in initiatives aimed at increasing the participation of women in the IT and cybersecurity industries. As a volunteer with the Imagine Inclusive Technology Foundation and Girls Code Fun, she supports the development of technology skills and promotes diversity within the technology sector. She has participated in the Tech Leaders, Be Visible in IT, Cyber Women Leaders, and Kobiety do Cyber programs. She is a member of Women Go Cyber and ISSA Polska. She also co-organizes the Tech Leaders and Be Visible in IT programs, supporting professional growth and increasing the visibility of women in the technology industry.
