Anastasiia Solodovnikova is a Strategic IT Program Manager and community leader with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, telecommunications, and large-scale technology programs. She leads complex modernization initiatives across international engineering teams, focusing on legacy transformation, agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change.
Alongside her corporate career, Anastasiia is deeply involved in supporting women in tech and the Ukrainian tech community in Europe. She is a leader within Wtech Warsaw and has coordinated initiatives and community spaces during major international technology events, including the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.
Her passion lies in connecting technology, leadership, and community impact. She actively supports women navigating international careers, leadership growth, and transitions into senior roles in tech.
