Elżbieta has around 10 years of experience in the corporate environment. She began her career at PwC in the Tax department and later moved to Fujitsu, where she entered the IT world. For nearly four years, she has been part of ING, working in the Intelligent Automation area. She leads a chapter of automation developers and Pega engineers and supports automation solutions and business application management across the ING Group.
As a manager across different organisations, Elżbieta focuses on building strong teams of experts. She values cooperation between experienced engineers, motivated new joiners and demanding customers, seeing this mix as a driver of dynamic and effective business outcomes.
Her professional journey has taught her the importance of attention to detail, strong technical foundations and senior expertise in complex IT environments. At ING, she brings these elements together with a holistic mindset while staying open to unexpected challenges.
Elżbieta holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a master’s degree in Management and an MBA. Outside work, she is a certified Pilates instructor, a coffee enthusiast and a devoted cat companion who enjoys knitting and crocheting.
