Engineering is the foundation of the modern world – from groundbreaking technologies and industrial innovations to the infrastructure that shapes our daily lives. Engineers are at the forefront of progress, transforming reality to make it more advanced, sustainable, and accessible.
Today, as the demand for highly skilled professionals in engineering continues to grow, it is crucial that women play an active role in shaping this future. Unfortunately, engineering is still often perceived as a male-dominated field, despite the fact that history proves women innovators have made – and continue to make – a tremendous impact on its development.
To highlight and celebrate the outstanding women who are shaping the future of engineering in Poland and beyond, the Perspektywy Education Foundation is launching the "TOP 100 Women in Engineering in Poland" initiative. This program aims not only to honor exceptional female engineers but also to inspire future generations of women to pursue careers in engineering and break existing stereotypes.
The initiative will culminate in the Excellence in Engineering Awards Gala, where we will recognize the Top 10 Women in Engineering in Poland. Their achievements will be celebrated during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025 – the largest event for women in technology in Europe and Central Asia.
We are looking for leaders, innovators, and mentors – women who are transforming the world of engineering.
